I own one. I have long since divorced myself from a land line phone since I get very few incoming calls as it is, WTF do I need two lines for?

I've had one for over seven years now, I could do without it. I don't really talk on the phone too much.

I never wanted a cell phone until I had to drive to an unfamilar city by myself and was very nervous about it. That's when I got my cellphone, and now I use it exclusively. My house phone isn't plugged in and I only use it for the internet. But you asked about the microwaves... I don't think they're any more dangerous than all the other radio waves around us any more. Think about it. The air is full of radio broadcasts, TV broadcasts, cell phone waves (even if you don't own one), photocell waves... why do they pick on cellphones?
