As we see that now a trend of making remake of old bollywood blockbuster film is in the air now a days like Umrao jaan and Don.A few are still to come..Amar Akbar Anthony and sholey are among those.Do you think if a remake is capable of creating same attraction, charm and magic like their original ones.... I dont think so.we can see the result of Don.Wat do you say?

hi arti i don't think there is any magic in any of the remake film becaus all the remake film has been floped till now ike umrao jaan, don so i think that it i not good to make a remake of old film rather than it is good to make a film on new stories, new thoughts, new ideas, like rang de basanti and lage raho munnabhai as they where thr biggest hits of the previous year.

I don't think I have seen any Bollywood films, however I have seen remakes of other films, one of my favourites is John Buchan's 39 steps, I've seen at least 3 different versions, with Robert Donut, Kenneth Moore & Robert Powell, I'm not sure which is my favourite, as I've enjoyed them all. I've also seen some remakes of Agatha Christie films, some of them don't even seem like the same film

Well Arti I think Don was a exception. In that movie the film makers hav altogether changed the whole script rather than keeping the same movie as it is, jus picking up sum glimpses from the old movie DON. However in that process they made a big blunder. But if you take the case of Hum Aapke... Hain kaun??? which is a remake of Nadiya Ke Paar u wont find the same.
