Hi I am Brian, a newbie in your discussion group. My friend Jessica has written an e-book on the subject "mortgage". On that book, she covered different steps involved in home buying process. Along with that different worksheets were there. Through which the borrower can judge his positions that whether it's a right time to go for mortgage or not. The worksheets are based on some logical calculation also which help them to select the best loan and lender. I just like to share this book with your community.
