Hey don't feel bad height is what you make it. My hubby is the same height is you. Remember this and don't ever forget it "Dynomite comes in small packages" I wouldn't trade my hubby for anything in this world. I am 4 inches taller and believe me height is not an issue in our relationship. Smile, Girls will love you for who you are.

Your height doesn't make what kind of guy you are,try shoe lifts ,it can give you a little more height. I know for a guy it sucks but it shouldn't matter. I'm 5'3" and always wanted to be taller too.

Too short. Average should be 5' 9" for men. I am 5' 10".

Height only matters if you think it does? I'm only 5 foot tall. It's a little inconvenient sometimes to try to reach something high up and I have get a chair or stepladder. Being 5 foot tall doesn't bother me. I like the way I am and don't think I would change it even if I could.

Guys mind their height a lot more than girls. Don't worry about it. If you're a guy and you're 5'1, there are a lot of girls that are the same height as you. I'm not saying that you find a girl your own height. Don't let your height be a hindrance to you getting what you want. I see a lot of guys who have girlfriends taller than them and they are really happy. I'm 5'7, and I would date a guy your height as long as he treats me right.

Five one should be ok. How old are you? One can grow till the age of 25 to 30. Go for swimming. Join the basketball if you would like to grow taller.

Don't feel sorry for your self, height isn't every thing. Try those height enhancer they are adveritsing on tv, who knows it might work...... we're not that far in height you know, I'm 5 feet 4 inches. greetings. : )

if you are a boy i should say that you are short. But it is ok.God has made you short that is all for his plan.It is not your fault anywayno need to feel bad.There are even worser things happening in life.So dont worry about your height and enjoy.

for me height do matter, 5.1' depends if you're a lady i think 5.1' is still average but for a guy i think you're below average.

I'm a little dinky thing myself, 5ft2. I've never let it bother me though! There's no reason to worry about it, if you're out of your teens you are not going to get any taller!

I also am 5'1". Height does not define the person...their treatment of others, their personality and their confidence is what makes them tall in other's eyes. As for your height, your height is predetermined by genetics. You can stunt it by an improper diet, etc. but there is nothing you can do to be taller. (Yes, there is surgery where you can have your leg bones separated and plates put in to lengthen your bones but this is only done for those of less than normal height. It is also very painful with a long recovery period). A male will continue to grow until age 21 while a female reaches full height at 18. So, if you have not yet attained those ages, you are not finished growing. (I'm an R.N.)

My son who turned 20 today is only 5'1" tall and about 96lbs.It use to bother him, but like I have told him you are what you make yourself. Most of his girlfriends are taller than him. his last one was 5'7" .. He says he loves to hug the girls... HUMMM i wonder why? nice pillows huh? My husband laughs and I can only shake my head.... So make the best of who you are. size does not matter it is who you are that counts.

Physical numbers are not what matters..are you comfortable with yourself? Happy? Confident? Your only as tall as you mentally allow yourself to be!

you are not born without legs are you...so be happy with what you have instead of complaining about what you dont have..try to be satisfied with what you have..

It depends on if you are a male or female. I'm 5' even but I'm a female so I think that's okay. I prefer taller guys (my husband is 6'2") But different people have different opinions.

i'm 5'1 too. I think the shorter you are, the more focus you have to put on your weight. us shorties have to be very careful to not gain a lot of weight otherwise, we could look very ridiculous. I'm 108. I feel like I need to lose more weight though. I'm scared of looking fat.
