Computer makes my life ruleless------help me!!!!!

Now , I feel that computer makes my life ruleless. Almost I only eat one meal a day. Everyday I will take nine or more hours on computer.My eyes are in pain.My brain is giddy .I already have lost weight . Now , I am very thin. I don't want to live the life like this. But I can't control myself.This year , I will go back home. If my mother knows I am so thin, she will grieve. I don't want she heart-struck. However, I have no idea. Can you help me? Thank you very much.

This is your own problem anyway.And you need to solve it yourself.As your friend my advice: to be relax and there isn't anything you can't do it tomorrow and be kind to yourself.
