DOES INDIAN DEMOCRACY WORK??????????

India is often tagged the 'largest' democracy in the world, but i feel that the system, in theory works fine, but not in practice...look at the parliament. there are 100s of parties and the govt is a coatition so that nothing ever progresses..i feel the complexity of the sytem bottlenecks our progress as a nation...THROW IN your VIEWS

don` t know, but i ilke india!! India (Devanagari: ???? Bharat), officially the Republic of India, is a country in South Asia. It is the seventh-largest country by geographical area, the second most populous country, and the most populous liberal democracy in the world.

It seem from alot of Indians I have spoken to they're not happy with the situation in India at all. The coliation sounds impossible to work with im my view!
