Stress happens to every one, including you... Sometimes we experience a very stressing situation that makes us feel uncomfortable and sometimes, irritable. But how can we address stress? People who are faced with too much stress are those who are dealing with unemployment, illness, divorce, failure, a new baby or a death in a family. for me, the best way to deal stress is to first beat it before it begins to beat me... To much stress can make us look ugly you know... and old. Deal with it by developing a healthy habit in you diet, sleep and of course, exercise. Give importance to a healthy relationship with people around you... When there's an unexpected and unaccepted crisis catches you off guard, give yourself a break. Cut out nonessentials, and take the time you need to get your feet back on solid ground. Learn to prepare yourself for stress. Be positive, relax and breathe deeply... How about you? How do you beat stress, Let us beat stress by giving your ideas and opinion... and maybe, we can also beat our stress through this discussion... I'll be waiting for you..

That's true sign of maturity, coz some people prefer to be alone when stressed, that's why they do some things which are unbearable. Well, you must have good friends that makes you happy and relax...what about when you feel extremely pressured in your job? what do you do?

The body and the mind react to any stress factor. A large number of physical changes take place at the time of stress induced arousal. The brain and nervous system become intensely active, the pupils of the eye dilate, digestion slows down, muscles become tense, the heart starts pumping blood harder and faster, blood pressure increases , breathing become faster, hormones such as adrenalie are released into the system alongwith glucose from the liver and sweating starts.¨It is essential that these symptoms are recognised early by the patients or their well-wishers and remedies measures taken to overcome them. If, however, stress is continuous or repeated frequently, a variety of symptoms appear such as dizziness, stiff muscles, headache, vision problems, breathing difficulties, asthma, allergies, palpitation, digestive disorders, blood sugar rregularities, backache, skin disorders, bowel disorders.
