Okay- now we have all received the e-mails and the advertisements on diet pills and supplements. Some of us have even tried some. Please - tell me, tell us what really works!! Is there a supplement that aids weight loss?

I take Hydroxycut, and i know it works, ive lost 4 lbs. I just bought Natural Hoodia Gordini 1000, it hasnt arrived yet, but i have friends with awesome results. All diet supplement pills work WITH a balanced diet and exercise...Without those 2 things those supplemental diet pills are worthless... I hate people who buy them and say oh they dont owrk, it was such a waste of money. Cause they bought them and never changed their eating habits, never exercised...There is no MAGIC PILL, that will make the weight fall off. It just doesnt work that way people!!! If you want the weight to Magically disappear, go get the lapband or the gastic bypass surgery and then it will magically disappear, BUT even with those if you dont change your eating habits, you will gain every pound back :(

I agree with you when you say- there is no magic pill That is why I selectively used the wording "aids" weight loss Please let me know how the Natural Hoodis Gordini 1000 works. Who did you order it from? Does Hydroxycut make you gittery?

I mean does hydroxycut make you jittery? I think jittery is spelled with a j not a g

I prefer exrecise to diet supplements . Diet supplements are a more passive way to weight loss . For me the best way is yoga . I have personally lost about 10 kg with yoga and that too in a single month . Apart from that diet supplements have their side effects while yoga has none . On the contrary it not only strengthens the mind but also body . It corrects your rate of metabolism , you do ont get tired easily and you become extremely energetic and agile . Quick Weight loss can be achieved . Plus you do not have to waste too much money on supplements as yoga can be practised at home from a book or a cd or dvd guide . Once you learn it the skills to do it are there with you for life . Go for yoga , forget diet supplements .
