is it diffiult to say no in a relationship

Friends lets face it, there are many instances when you are asked for a favor from some of your near and dear one something which is really difficult for you to do, but still cannot say no, what you do than, do you feel sorry about not saying and vice versa.

i will try to convince him/her . and try to tell what are the problems here and if he/her is a friend then they will understand me only if i am true in the relasionship.

If I say yes when I meant to say no, I feel quit stupid for not listing to my feelings and my gut. I will however, try my best to keep the promise I have made, but I will keep on regreting the fact that I was or could not be totally honest. But I have trained myself in a way, I will not allow myself to say yes t something if it doesn't feel right. So A I just say no and maybe explain why exactly. Or B I tell them I have to think about it, if I do not feel confident enough to say no right away then by saying 'I'll think about it' wins me some time to gain some more confidence or to talk to someone else for some advice.
