this is the story of a Moninder Singh, he along with is aide us to abduct children, sexually assault and use to kill them.he use to dump the body of the victims in his house or the drain in frot of his house..recently his nefrasious activity came into lime light...police have recovered arround 17 skeletons form his house and surroundings... The family members of the victims are in deep shock and pleading to give severe punishment to him.. what do you should be the punishment for such an activity...
