Kids wear me out ...

I love my kids but, good lord, can they exhaust you. Was it this hard for our parents to keep up or is it because life is so much faster these days? I mean when I was a kid in the 70's we played outside in the neighborhood for hours on end without direct parental supervision. I just do not see that happening anymore. My boys are 7 and 9 yet I am fearful of letting them out of my sight for any period of time. I know they will grow up and do many of the things I did (like get in trouble) but am I being too protective? Thoughts?

in our day's i don't thinck that.Becouse there are many bad thinck's that happen in the world so it's better to loock after them.And is verry true i,m still a child i have 23 but i remember that we play a lot outside, many game's, beautiful games, but now i loock at my nephews and they are verry different.
