Yoga,how many of you exercise?

I've done yoga and robotics,I think yoga is easier ,and it keeps me flexible.I hate sweating.

I wish I could get more into yoga. I use to do some yoga and pilates when I would kickbox. What is robotics?

Robotics is when you start with a warm up exercise,then work every part of the body ,upper and lower...usually lasts about 20 minutes. It works and builds muscle. I did it when I was in Florida. You sweat a lot,and drink lots of water ...makes you feel great. Yoga is more of a breathing exercise and stretching .I like it and find it slows the mind and helps you to meditate.Mind you,I'm older now and slowing down anyway. heheh..

I need something that is going to keep my heart rate up a bit. I really want to take up at least aerobic kickboxing again. I need to get my stamina back though before I can do that.

The best way to get your stamina back is to get in shape with arobics.Give yourself at least 3 months of good workouts.and it will keep your heart rate up. Wish I had that much energy again. Heheh
