Love 'em? Hate 'em? Don't care? I think screwtop closures on inexpensive, early drinking wines, especially white wines are great! You never need to worry about a wine being "corked". Inexpensive corks are used on enexpensive wine to keep the packaging costs low. Inexpensive corks can cause problems. You know that musty, wet dog smell and taste? Have you ever experienced this? If so, this bottle is "corked" and should be sent back at a restaurant or returned to the retailer. Screw tops eliminate this problem. What do you think oof them?
