have you ever been cheated on?

hello. i am lucky to say i have never been cheated on, well i dont think i have anyway. i dont understand why anyone would cheat, if you dont love the person or fancy the person anymore why dont you just tell them. my cousin once walked in on his girlfriend with his best friend, it broke his heart especially when he was best friends with the person for about eight years, and he loved and been with this girl for two years. that's a long relationship for my cousin, he was always a ladies man, he never cheated on his girlfriend, but they never lasted long, and it did'nt take long for him to get another girlfriend. he tried to make the relationship work, it was the first girl he ever really loved, he never admitted that, but it was obvious really. the relationship never worked, to many arguments about the same thing all the time, and in the end she dumped him. few months later, she was with his friend, no not the one he caught her with, but another one of his friends. he still not in what you can call a stable relationship, i think he is scared in falling in love again, and being hurt all over again. my question is have you ever been cheated on? and why do you think that person cheated on you? because me personally cant understand why anyone would cheat on someone.
