should george bush be punished for his war with iraq?

the whole war in my opinion should of never happened. we went to war for two reasons and that was because saddam hussein had weapons of mass destruction and because his involvment with the al'qauda, well now saddam is dead, no weapons of mass destruction was found, and their was no proof he was ever involved with the al'quada. now saddam got punished for war crimes, but did george bush also cimmit war crimes for going to war with iraq the way he did? the way he just lied his way into iraq to end what his father could'nt. alot of innocent iraq's died over this war, and alot of good soldiers have died for what? lies? george bush's greed? do you think george bush should be punished in any way for the war with iraq?
