A New Year, A New Beginning?

Another year has passed, have you ever noticed how time flies so fast?
Another year has passed, and things have never changed;
I am still the same guy who has so many heartaches,
Still the same guy who never stopped loving 100%.
Another year comes, and this time looking forward,
Hoping things would be better this year;
Wishing for that someone to still come my way,
Hoping that it would be a wonderful year ahead.
Another year comes, will it be as bad as last year?
Would I have heartaches or will I find my love?
Questions that keep evolving in my mind,
A future that is very uncertain.
Another year, a new beginning?
Have I really learned from my past mistakes?
Have I moved on from my past experiences?
Will I ever have a happy life loving someone who would also love me back?
Questions...all will be questions and will still be seen... No one ever knows... No one can ever say... All I can do is to hope and expect that for this year, things will be a little bit brighter.

We'll no one knows what would happen to us every year, but I have my own frustrations too and regrets in my life, but I'm contented to where I am right now, instead of looking on what's missing in my life, I try to cherish what is almost given to me... and I enjoy it a lot. Hope the tune of your poem next new year will change into a joyful one..
