question;well let me tell u mine my height is 5 2
n current weight is 53 .. i wana reduce till 50 bt jab bhi koshish kerti hu mera weight automaticaly 54 hojata ha thts y i made myself stop ....
can u solve this problem ?

AFTER ALL ITNE SAALON KI MEHNAT HAI AISE HI NAI JAYEGI... some questionsput tome and suggestions given by me, question;well let me tell u mine my height is 5 2 n current weight is 53 .. i wana reduce till 50 bt jab bhi koshish kerti hu mera weight automaticaly 54 hojata ha thts y i made myself stop .... can u solve this problem? answere hi there got about ur problem. dear.. on an average if we control our diet we can reduce up to 1.5 to 3 kgs a month which is an appropriate thing.. so just start with.. control on diet..no cold drinks, no oily food, take breakfast as cornflakes in milk, use brown bread, avoid maida, 2 chappati's in afternoon, and 2 in evening without ghee..avoid, pizza, burger or any type of outside food... dont go for much dieting.. and haan if u can than go for jogging of 20 min whether in evening or in morning doesnt matters.. take a lemon water with no sugar but salt in it... and u can use one tablet of sugar free instead of sugar.. i think this will help u.. for more do reply.. no photo question;well i am 5 feet and my weight is 75kgs my age is 18 i know i am seriously overweight but everytime i go on a diet i cant do it cos i feel so empty so i start eating again can u tell me a diet which doesnt feel like a diet i also have slow metablison answer something which make u feel full. HI DEAR... YA SO U WANA DO SOMETHING WHICH BALANCES UR DIET.. OK THAN MAKE UR MIND FIRST AND START HAVING ROASTED FOODS, LIKE CHANA, SOYA BEANS, MAKKA, THESE ARE EASILY AVAILABLE IN MARKET, U CAN ALSO GO FOR CORN FLAKES, CHEESE, CURD, WHEN U FEEL HUNGRY, OR ANY TYPE OF FRUITS.. SEE THESE THINGS ARE EASILY AVAILABLE IN EVERY HOUSE SO THATS WHY I TOLD U.. NO NEED TO FOR ANY TYPICAL DIET OF DIETICIAN...I THINK U CAN DO THIS AND THIS WILL SOLVE UR PROBS... question;i am 5 2...and my wait is 66kg...i have much fat,on my lower portion,hips and thighs...what to do? answer;so as per ur problem.. u need to have the diet control..avoid anything which is khatta...like, chutney and all that, and go for daily jogging of 20-25 mins at slow speed and take a simple rod and keep it on your sholders and do the twisting exercise and also if can go for side bends... i hope this wud solve ur problem.. question;hi there yaar twisting exercise is u have to stand straight with legs bit open and keep the rod on ur shoulders and twist the uppar part of ur body keep ur face stright.. and same for the lower part by joinning ur legs... i think this wud have clear u the twisting exercise.. answer;do remember everybody.. BEFORE U START DOING ANYTHING DO REMEMBER THAT THESE THING WONT EFFECT IN A DAY OR TWO U WILL HAVE TO WORK CONTINOUSLY FOR 3-4 MONTHS TO SEE THE EFFECT AND DO KEEP IN MIND THAT EVERYDAY U R IMPROVING. ONLY THAN U CAN SEE THE CHANGES IN U.
