Has anyone here ever had to fight your childs father or mother for custody of the child when you the parents have not been married?? I need to know if anyone on here is in Missouri and if they have ever had this battle. I expect I may be having this battle myself in the near future and I need to know what my rights are as the mother and what the father can actually do since we are not and have never been married.
