Techniques to increase body threshold.

shall we discss diffrent tatics, taining etc, based on increasing one's body threshold, that is resistance against kicks, punches, thrusts, or hitting by objects, etc?

Conditioning and strict meditation. I'm having this demo come up where I'll be having sticks and such broken over my legs and arms and maybe, if I"m ready, my head, another good thing I like to do for conditioning my hands and feet is filling up a sock or two with uncooked pinto beans, using all the surfaces of my hands and feet to strike it, not hard, though, just continuous, over time you will condition better without risk of arthiritis, which can be a problem for some practitioners of "harder" styles like karate. You know they only condition one had so they can have the other hand for mundane tasks? Of course their conditioned hand is like a wooden club.
