Online rasterizing??

Once upon a time i stumbled upon this site where you could upload and rasterize ANY photo you wanted and then print it out to whatever size you wanted. Does anyone here know what that site it or even know what the hell i am talking about. I want to make a nifty mural for a blank wall in my living room. ;D
