Meal Suggestions for dinner- main meat Chicken

I'm attempting a quiet meal with my husband tonight. Cannot decide on the final menu, any suggestions are welcomed.
I have some yummy chicken steaks was debating weather to have them with a Cabonara sauce with roast potatoes & vegatables.
or the Chicken Steaks (I already have them defrosted... lol) with a pasta in sauce.
or Chicken Steaks, (I have a theme going here.. lol)
Roast Potatoes, Vegatables, & a Roasted Garlic & Herb Sauce.
fresh bread rolls, & a Brownie cheesecake for dessert.
I am not the worlds best cook, but we are child free tonight, and hubbie will be home just on 8pm

I'm even latter in replying, We ended up having the Cabonara sauce with roast potatoes & vegatables. We are having the chicken steaks again tonight. (I got a good buy on them lol) but boring mash potatoes, mix veg & gravy tonight.

We ended up having the Cabonara sauce with roast potatoes & vegatables. Tonight we had left overs from last night + the left overs from previous night... meatballs, mash potatoes & vegatables. with fresh bread rolls... yummmmmmmm + the left over brownie cheese cake...
