What makes guy turn-on to woman?

I have a friend, she's beautiful in the sense that she enjoy and sharing her talents in beauty contests and she's now 24 years old and ever since she never experienced to have a boy friend because no one attempt to court her (at same age) but she admits that lots of DOMs like her but she want same age or around and not far from her age.
