Simple, just say to her I Love you

Well if i have to propose my friend i will just give him a gift like diamond ring or necklace and will say that WILL YOU MERRY ME?it looks simple but when you have to say it may be you cant say it.just write a letter containing the same words if she smiles after reading than she agree otherwise your luck......lol

one cant propose his/her best friend....if he /she is proposing ...then he lie to be his/her best friend
