do you favor one child for another?

I have two boys. Sometimes without noticing it, I tend to shower much more to my firstborn. Then when i notice this, i get so guilty that sometimes toys that are not on budget gets to be bought just to pacify my guilty feelings.
do you have favorites also?

actually its not a first time problems to mothers, but its not really good coz its really unfair on the part of your other son, you should be fair to anybody else..

I think that's a bad thing to do.i would never show favoritism if ever i'll have one more child. I only have one at the moment.i too have suffered favoritism before and it feelt so bad on my part. When i was child, I felt that my mom favors my little sister over me.It's because she's prettier and cuter than me.It's always been about her.But that's not the case anymore nnow that were older. But there are times that I tend to self-pity and I always feel that it is brought about by the favoritism or lack of attention i felt when I was a kid.
