Why we have different shapes of noses?

I have always wanted a pointed nose but here in our country, flat nose is the trademark lol. but i like the way my nose look like, a little small and flat but cute.

i am a filipino and generally, filipinos are flat nosed individuals unless they have mixed genes already. as for me, i have this small nose and i am happy about it. acquiring the features of our nose is hereditary. depends on our genes. and some prefer pointed noise since they look cuter and prettier.
