what type of mustard do you use in potatoe salad?

There are so many mustards to choose from I have tried a variety of them at different times of course and found that the honey mustard actually gave it a rather zingy taste i was shocked.

don't put mustard in Potatsalad I have never heard of that lol but then again there is a lot of different recipes for Potatosalad

That is good potato salad without mustard is usually served at room temperature it is generally called german potato salad it does taste good and I enjoy it to thank you for sharing with us.

I have always used plain yellow mustard but I can never get the salad to come out right. Maybe it is the mustard

It can be difficult to get it right but I have learned that there is no right or wrong I can give you the perfect recipe for it you put the love in your heart into the making of the potatoe salad its the mixture of mayonaise or miracle whip to mustard some like that zing of the mustard while others just want a hint of zink so you cut back the mustard.I hope this helps and thank you for sharing.

I use a dijon mustard. I love honey mustard so I will have to try it that way next time
