Yes it should be legal. It is used as medicine for so many uses. It can be used totally natural without additives. Its not addicting. You don't kill people when on it or when you don't have it. You don't get drunk on it and crash into innocent people cause you are drunk. Its a natual herb. People using it don't get violent.
