Euthansia is the medical terminology for mercy killing. It makes sense when the patient has been reduced to a vegetable, undergoing unbearable mental/physical agony, and the disease in uncurable.Mercy killing seems the only alternative, though humanitarian, religious heads are strictly against it.I feel we shouldn't give a damn to em,because it's not them, rather the lifeless body who is at the receiving end of this dreadful existence.put in ur thghts..

Mercy killing may be justified for severly suffering or hopeless cases. Specially when d pt himself wants to die. But it can be heavily misused if not strictly controlled.

If you see the life of a person who is incapable of doing the most mundane thing like even turning by himself in bed without assistance you would probably understand their plight. It is beyond imagination, to think what they have to face day after day.If we put ourselves in their positions, then even a few minutes feels like years of misery. And in my point of view it is not just the person with disability but also his relations who care for them, die a hundred deaths everyday.Euthansia, should be permitted legally, in genuine cases, where the disesase is incurable, and the person is in intense pain and suffering.
