how does oliveoil acts on our skin

i sometimes use olive oil with oidized salt as body scrub & it glows my skin after bath! i always use olive oil as hair moisturizer as to lessen my hair falls & itchy/dry scalp specially winter days. in my recipes too with olive oil as the inner body be healthy & so with our external looks or reflections will glow.
