Relation between Mylot Ranking and Mylot Money

I have joined mylot since 29th December, 2006. When I started my ranking wat zero. While wroking with mylot I understood what is ranking. But still I am unaware of the problem what I am facing. I don't know that what is the relation of MYLOT RANKIN and MYLOT MONEY, I am earning on mylot.
In your bot, left botoom side, you would have been looking the link displayed by mylot "todays top users". I want to know is these are the users or mylot users who are earning the most or just they are here for they are getting good ranks that particular day. Please help me to short out this problem.

Hay guyz!!! I believe this lady hasn't been using mylot for quite some tyme!!! I wish she starts using it again!!! may be she got bored or enraged because no one replied her!!!
None the less I would like if you people out there talk about this!!! I am not sure about this myself!!!
So does any body know what is it all about!!! does aur ranking and rating have any affect on our earning!!!
