LL Cool J, you like him as an actor or a rapper?

LL Cool J have been in the music industry for more then 20 years now. He's been an inspiration for a lot of young artist.
He's also a really good actor as we all discoverd him for the first time in the movie Toys in 1992 with Robin William.
he's been in some huge movie like SWAT, Any given Sunde, etc.
I really like him as an singner but he's a really good actor also. he can easily do both :)
And you what do you think?

I don't think he can rap, and i don't think he can act. Just my opinion. I always thought he looked kinda funny. The guy on MADTV does a really funny impression of him tho!

First I would like to say that ll cool j is a very sexy man. Now that we got that out of the way, let us get down to business. I believe that he really sucks at rapping and should definately stick to acting. If he were a singer, he would probably be good, but as a rapper he truly sucks. Times have changed now and he can't keep coming back with these tired old raps. its just embarrasing. So while he is very sexy I feel that he should just stick to the big screen.

I am an LL Cool J fan. I like his original music, but not much of his newer stuff. I think the last six or seven years, he has been best served as an actor. Mediocre, but still human enough to pull off some sincerity. He's been smart to not over act his lines.
Best albums were his first three. Worst? His last three. Best movies? Getting better everyday, but will enver be Will Smith or Queen La
