I wasn't at all i have had a paypal acount for about 4 years now and have never had any problems with using it :)

The only thig about paypal that we are giving here is our paypal ID. They don't have our password so they can't go in it.
I almost always use the same password but for paypal and bank account i use another one to be sure they will never be able to go in it.
