potty training

How mony out there have great tips on potyy training? My son is 3 years old and is just starting to care if his diaper is spoiled. Any suggestions?

My son picked it up really fast. What I did was I got a piece of bristol board and I put it on my fridge. Everytime he went he got a sticker of some sort to put on the board. He was so excited and as the board got fuller he got happier. I was so proud of him. Worked for us!
