Why do we have nightmears

I put my self that qouestion every day and i o not i undestand why do we have nightmears but i also think that it`s something natural and every person they have .

yes i thinck all of us have nightmares...i thinck we have them maybe becouse we loock at carry movies, or we talck and thing about ugly thincks.Who knows maybe in that day we sow something strange and our subconstient worck's and we dream something bad.
