Be brave, be straightforward, be honest in your intentions and have sincereity of purpose. May be if she also likes you, things will be better. Be what you are and do not pretend. Because pretentions cannot last long.

you try to bring her in the good place like beach or restaurant or in your home and you arrange your table with candle light and you cook a good dishes and you get her to her home and you get a hankerchief and you fold to her eyes and slowly you move it and you propose to your felling

its up to you at the end of the day you will know what kind of things your girlfriend will find romantic... maybe wear a suit, the whole get down on one knee and produce a ring thing that is always a keeper!! especially in a public place surrounded by yours and her friends!!
