wanna settle in the states ?

I would like to settle in USA - even my wife wants the same. Me asouth indian from Chennai holding AICWA and 20 long years of experience in a leading power sector, well sound knowledge in computer application , hiolding a valid passport . if ANY one like to help me in getting citizenship/job, i will be really greatful to U .
