i am unable to download an attachment in yahoo

attachments that are sent to me by my friends i am unable to download them bcos it says that you have to fill in a form at the website and it gives logging in and it is not downloading it what do i do please help
if i share the same file from yahoo messenger i am able to do it any suggestions please help

Well there is apparantly something wrong with the website that you are sharing that file with. You should try and share the file through some other site. If the file is downloading fine with your messenger then there is something definitely wrong with that website that you are using. You can try and write to the support department of the website and explain the problem that you are facing leaving it to them to diagnose it, fix it and come back to you with an appropriate reply as well.
