Yes it`s real if you don't believe come to Washington d.c and see it. Last year was my first year in Washington d.c and I see snow maybe 5-6 times! My kids did not go to school 5 days. This year I haven't seeing snow! Now I can go out with my t-shirt is not cold is hot for a winter.
