Sad that children so young are harming animals.

On the news tonight i saw an item where two 6 yr olds were dunking little kittens in water. Luckily someone spotted it and saved the poor wee things. The spca says its up there with the worst treatment they have seen towards kittens.The poor wee things were shivering but are going to be ok. Apparently one of the boys caregivers didn't think it was a big deal. Well i wonder what type of men they will become?
