what do you think of the ring / myLot

i have seen the ring and the ring 2 i find both of these films very scary and feel like i am 12 again with my feet pushed up under me scared that a monster will get my toes from under the sofa but some of my friends think that the ring was a really bad film i cant understand whats wrong with them it made me scared to turn on the tv for a week. i know it was a remake and i even find the original scary even though i dont know what they are saying as its in japanese i think. how do you feel do you think it was a good film?

I thought it was a really scary film too. What I didn't like was how the people's faces were blurred when they were caught on camera or film, it was really creepy and sent shivers down my spine. I also don't like the bit where she crawls up the toilet, when I go to the loo late at night I always get a bit freaked out at the thought that she might come crawling out (I hope i'm thinking of the right film, it was ages ago that I saw it, if i'm not then you'll think i'm a complete nutter - lol!). It was a scary film but I think the plot was a bit rubbish.
