An introvert personality looks inwards. Speaks to himself. Contemplative, meditative, incommunicado. (Weaknesses: Cannot get things done. Strong intellectually. Creative.)
An extrovert personality looks outwards. Friendly, communicative, mobile, interactive, cheerful and smiling. Can get things done easily. (Weaknesses: Cannot think about serious things. Intellect remains idle/lazy).
Which one do you want to be? Theoretically, an introvert fits into desk jobs and an extrovert fits into outdoor jobs. In reality, there will be square pegs in round holes. We may not always be able to find a job which matches our inclinations and capabilities. We have to accept whatever the market offers.
Once we accept, will it be possible for us to change tunes? (An extrovert turning into an introvert and vice versa). What will be its impact on the sub-conscience of a fresh entrant who is not accustomed to the whims and fancies of the market?
