Do you believe in the saying "Good things come to those who wait?"

I have long believed in this saying. There are many times when we want to give up. We think that there is no need to endure what we are going through. But, if we wait, if we take time to think, good things will come to us.

I'm always saying that and it usually happens to me.I can't complain I have been blessed and has been brought up and when i was falling down.I definitely believe that good things come to those who wait i am a living witness.

ha ha I try my best to believe it. But I am still waiting. And you know, I am running out of patience. LOL My mother seems happy though. She has dealt with things through her life that was so trying on her. But just a little over a year ago, she married a man that makes her very happy and supports her emotionally. I would say that in her case then, that good things do come to those who wait. But one also must look at it as you can not expect everything to fall into your lap. Somethings that are good do require you to work for it. So, you must also be proactive in your waiting. So, I will remain to have patience. And maybe one day, my patience will pay off. :)

Everything comes if you have patience for sure.If things doesn't work in your favor, wait for the right time and believe in yourself, things will be all right in coming day's for sure.One needs to be patient after all and i do believe in this for sure and also think that others also should follow this.....

I'm not sure anymore. I use to believe in it but it seems like I have been waiting a long time for something good to happen. I'm starting to believe nothing good happens when you wait but you can't rush it either or something bad is going to happen.

yes, i do believe this, its cause if your can wait for something, its usually not constantly on your mind, and it will seem like alot of time has passed when you get what you've been waiting for.

I am still waiting and waiting, LOL. I am a very patient person, I have alot of faith and have had many blessings that have come my way. I believe if you are a good person, good things will come your way. Bad things happen too, but you learn from the bad stuff. If you never knew bad, how would you know when it was good.

I often say good things come to those who wait. I outta practice what I preech.

Sometimes, it is true. I'm a patient person to a certain point but sometimes I find myself wanting something right away.

I think so in a way. I am not sure why though and can't give you this big long reason. lol But it does seem to be if you wait for something good to happen and try not to worry over it or whatever, it does end up happening. But I am usually not the patient type of person, though I try to be.

Life's too short to wait. I'm more of a 'carpe diem' (seize the day) type person. Have dreams, and go for them.

If you wait too long you will miss oportunities. Waiting won't bring you good things you have to work for them and occasionally take chances. Don't sit back and let others get the opportunities before you. I don't believe in the saying.

Yaa. Everyone will achieve something in thier life, some people achieve it fast and some people achieve it late so people should be patient enough and wait for the good things without getting depressed

I do believe that saying. If you have the patients to wait, something even better can come alone rather than you jumping on the first thing. I say this can be used with anything relationships, merchandise etc.. For example I was in such a rush to buy a phone so I bought the first one for $60. A day later I went to Walmart and saw the same phone for $39 dollars.

Ya I believe in that cause today i came to know that if u have patience and if u do wait the good things come in search of u and it ll last long cause i got an increment in the payment in my company.
