Windows Vista, Microsoft's newest operating system, which was formerly code-named "Longhorn". At present, Longhorn is reserved for the Server Version since the official launch and rename to Vista. ViSta, Visual Statistics software. A free, open-source statistical/mathematical analysis system written by Forrest W. Young using Xlisp-stat. WebCT Vista, Enterpise Learning Management System from the company "Blackboard". It is used in the Higher Education domain as an application for teaching and learning. vista capable - vista capable computer
i am having it, a 64 bit version, it is good but it requires a big amount of ram, graphical devise and many more, so if you are purchasing a new computer then you have to check the vista capable logo, it has many features taken from Linux, it is going to be launched in the last week of jan but i feel it will have the same problems like earlier versions of windows, Microsoft never launches the complete versions (it is its history) then you have to search for service packs ... its all bullshit... i have it and i used it but i love working with Linux

Its great but unfortunalty it _ucks in terms of VGA and RAM support without shifting to 128 or 256 MB RAM it requires at least 512 RAM so it might be very late when this windows will become as popular like 98 and XP in their times !

I have a big question: what is the price of vista? i've read that most of the computers are going to have vista from next year...i've heard that they are preparing a big promotion for vista in 2008. Why not from 2007? Are they expecting to have lots of bags???

Windows Vista is the latest operating system from Microsoft, with the codename Longhorn. This vista has a great feature within. Great windows display is shown on vista, you'll see a nice start menu and nice window that can be transparent. Nice icon on Vista, and many more. I think vista has a very good visualization. With vista too you can see movie like you are in the movie theater.

Well, the software isn't very good. I have it installed at this moment on my computer, and I must say that I perfer Mac OX X 10.4 "Tiger" better. Windows Vista, Microsoft's newest operating system, which was formerly code-named "Longhorn". At present, Longhorn is reserved for the Server Version since the official launch and rename to Vista. Vista and VistaPro, Amiga 3D landscape generation software. as much as you praise this software, many of the features are conviences rather than necessities, so Window Vista is not a must have software that will change the world yet.
