... what was the very first thing you did, or the very first site you went to?
I am not so sure but the first time I ever walked into the realm of this fascinating dimension, I think the first thing I did was create an e-mail account. And did a research for a school assignment. Not exactly very exciting. Geez.
How about you, guys? Do you still remember?

well the ver first thing i did was just to wear a smile it really made the world a smaller place, i visited yahoomail i needed to open an e-mail and of course did some research on school work..

Yes, it did. And who would've thought we'd be able to talk to somebody at the other side of the world and even see that person's face and hear his voice?

yup! i remember.
the first thing i did was also create an e-mail account. and i didnt know how to do it!!
i was helped by the person managing the internet kiosk!
when now i turn back and look at it, it does seem so amusing! opening an e-mail account is sooooo easy, an i probably took more than an hour to do it. and i actually read through the terms and conditions!!

T'was really amusing.
Just like any other thing you explore for the first time, ignorant and fumbling. I knew so little about technology and computers back then. Almost seemed like I was a mountain dweller or something!

I really don't remember, it would have been research based though, I had a lot of writing projects on at the time so I probably accessed some of the online libraries looking for rare books in my first few visits.

I first contacted theInternet whan I was a freshman. At that time when I dial to the Internet , I even don;t know what I can do & where to go? So interesting ! I remembered the first site I access is yahoo then !

Yeah, Yahoo was a big thing then, huh? Now it lags... can't play Literati right sometimes.
