Do you know anything about bio-fuel? One of my friend started a business with this fuel booster. He joint ventured with the inventor and do the mass production and marketing in the local and oversea. Some of his dealer even market it to China and USA. The variety of the bio product ranges from Bio-fuel booster, bio diesel and bio engine oil. They are looking for OEM as well. For your information, below is one of the product that is produce from his factory: Bio-Fuel Booster The Bio-Fuel Booster when added into the fuel is capable of breaking the chains of hydrogen & fuel molecules into properly arranged atoms through the process of “ionization”. It exposes the fuel atoms to more oxygen and creates a balanced burning and is able to increase the level of petrol burning of up to 98%, thus giving the engine more energy and power. When properly arranged, atoms of fuel enters the Pentroof Combustion Chamber and are exposed to more oxygen and ignite. Water vapour which dampens the Chamber are dissolved through the process of “emulsion” and discharged from the exhaust. The Bio-Fuel Booster when mixed in the fuel also lubricates the Combustion Chamber and giving the piston a smoother rotation motion. Fuel mixture are burnt with minimal fuel residue. Clean residue is expelled out through the exhaust. Carbon deposits on the Chamber walls, piston rings, plug head, intake walls & injectors are slowly removed and expelled through the exhaust. Today’s sophisticated fuel delivery and management systems are the most complex ever manufactured. Government regulations on Air Quality and Emission Standards have caused equipment manufacturers and repair facilities to operate within tolerance guidelines that make the fuel systems the most vulnerable part in today’s vehicles. The most vulnerable components in engines today are the fuel injector and fuel pumps. Although precautions are taken to prevent damage, it is still a major problem and that has led many car manufacturers to avoid warranties due to damages caused by poor quality fuel. The two biggest problems with diesel and gasoline fuels are stability and contamination. STABILITY When fuel is picked up at the refinery, it is transported to a blending station which is usually owned by the Brand Company. It is then treated with additives to meet government regulations on quality and performance. It is also treated to meet the Brand Company’s standard. Consequently, it is transported to the station where the consumers purchase it for use in their vehicles. ADDING NEW FUEL DOES NOT MAKE GOOD FUEL Each batch of fuel that comes from the refinery is different and requires different treatment to meet regulations and standards. As a result, the additive in one batch may have different effect when added to the fuel already in the tank and thus, it actually causes more problems. This is especially true when one uses different brands of fuel. CONTAMINATION Fuel contamination is the major of the two problems. While stability causes problems, they are usually associated with poor efficiency, difficulty in starting and other annoying problems. Contamination problems are more severe and cost hundreds of dollars to repair. It affects all ends of the fuel system. Contamination clogs injectors and filters, wears out pump, causes rust and corrosion and is a major cause of Microbial(Algae) growth in both diesel and gasoline tanks. Sediment and particle contamination are usually associated with fuel stability and fuel handling practices, while the number one contamination of fuel is WATER. It is a problem that occurs at all stages. Water can enter the tank in handling, transportation and delivery. Water also contaminates the fuel through condensation and phase separation. Condensation occurs any time where there is a change in temperature and humidity. We have all seen condensation on a glass of cold water when it sets and warms up. The same thing happens in the fuel system allowing water to settle on the bottom of the tank, filter, lines and other system components. Phase separation occurs when fuel that has been heated, absorbs moisture and when it cools, the water falls out of suspension (same problem as condensation) While fuel has certain moisture content, it is this excess that causes problems. This heating and cooling can be caused by day to day outdoor parking, overnight in the garage and then back to outdoor parking. Bio-Fuel Booster eliminates WATER and all problems associated with it.
