what causes swelling in the feet and ankles?

what are the reasons for this?

It could be caused by a number of things. Some of the more common causes are poor circulation (try walking and exercising), too much salt in diet (cut back), and high blood pressure (see your doctor for treatment options).

i think obesity is the main reason.

well it cant be that because the person is very thin. So we must look at some of the other possibilities
