he friends i want to know that if i have monet in my paypal account where i can use it to shop online.Give me some useful site names.PLz PLZ....I am new here

we can use Paypal amount on ebay.com and some other online shopping sites situated in America . But it is practically not useful as the prices at these sites are high and shipping charges are also high ...
