which do you prefer, to live in apartement or live in a single house? And what is the reason?

As someone eho lived all of her life in apartement I can say that I would realy like to live in a single house.. Its just larger, you have much more space for yourself, you can have a garden and/or pool... Sounds much cooler then having no privecy..
