Strange Human Phenomenon! Transformation? Evolution?

Have recently seen a documentary about five turkish siblings, who walk on all fours.... this has astonished almost all people and scientists. I got to see it on tv, but you can read more about it here: http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,7-2077723.html This made me wonder whether it was something related to the lack of development of certain brain cells or abnormal genes... What the **** happened? Has evolution gone wrong? I have seen some cases where individuals were raised and fed by animals like for example, dogs... But they could still stand up.... these guys are different.... You have to see the video documentary... I'll try to fetch it and post here.... All of them got wild scary looks on their faces, which gave me the shivers! But after all, they are no different than us.... their brains do comprehend and analyse things like we do.... Do you have possible explanations for this? Tired of researching other similar cases.... gotta rest the **** up...
