There is nothing finer in life for so little a cost as a lightly salted rice cake, topped with mozzarella cheese, microwaved for thirty seconds so as to create a decadently soupy texture to the cheese.

I just bought some rice cakes today. I can't eat the no salt ones, but like just about all the others. I tend to eat them plain.
